   Every time we eat at Willow Street Wood-Fired Pizza in Los Gatos we're impressed. The food is tasty and fresh, the portions are generous, and we always have a great time!

   Tasty combination pizza. Good flavor and lots of toppings. The wheat bread appetizer was so good! Overall a nice find!

   Our waiter was nice but seemed to take forever to get our food….people who came in after us were getting served before us. When the food did come it wasn’t even hot….i had the salmon dinner but didn’t want to send it back as it would’ve taken even longer. I believe the lady who is the mgr brought us our food I asked her for a refill on my soda water….she never brought it back had to ask my waiter to get me another one. It was homecoming and a lot of kids were there and it was busy and loud I get it! We dine at this location quite a bit and this was one of the times we were very disappointed but I guess everytime can’t be a great experience??!! Also was very slow to get our check to us..waited a very long time for that too!!

   Nice outdoor setting, food mediocre, and waitress wasn’t attentive and had no personality. Management needs to improve their training protocols.

   The only complaint we had was that we had the house red, which seemed off and it cost $18, so I thought that was overpriced. One more thing is that I might not go on Tuesdays anymore as there was a children’s birthday party and of course the kids were loud. I love kids, but it was hard to have  conversation over the noise.

   There was a fly in the parmesan cheese and staff didn’t even apologize, it was gigantic.. gross

   Fantastic service and wonderful for large family groups. This place is reliable, has good salads and other offerings to make everyone happy plus a nice wine selection.

    We had a great time. Our server was so attentive and patient with our food allergies and such. Really made it a special time. Loved our food choices. Was a busy Sunday evening but we never felt rushed. Parking is always an issue but worth it!
