   Went to celebrate our anniversary here. Goat cheese appetizer was great, we both got the steak frites and both of our steaks were served cold like they had been sitting out a while before being brought to our table so that was disappointing.

   We got there at 1115 and didn’t leave until right before 1. The food took longer than it ever has. And the drinks from the bar as well.

   The food was amazing and reasonably priced. The drinks, including the whiskey flight, were the perfect addition to the meal. We were there to celebrate our anniversary so we found the noise level to be a bit much for good conversation but it was still a pleasant atmosphere. We highly recommend the Whiskey Cake, there is a reason it is in the name of the restaurant!

   Our server Jamy was great. Candied bacon app was great! Grilled Redfish and Pork Chop both were delish.

   Amanda was our server today and she was fantastic! She was attentive, fast, and even creative when our 18 month old grandson started getting rowdy and impatient. She gave great food & drink recommendations when we asked and friendly service! Thank you!

   Whiskey Cake is always a great experience. The food was very good and the service fantastic. We were there for Sunday brunch and the place was packed! I should have booked an earlier reservation time.

    Update to the below: The general manager, Carlos called to apologize for our dining experiences and had us come back for dinner. Our server Devin was incredible. So attentive, engaging, and knowledgeable. His service to every table was top notch. The food was good and the drinks Devin recommended did not disappoint! I feel the quality of the food and experience has gone down hill within the last year. We had brunch a week ago, and it was decent enough for us to want to come back again today to try, but we would have been better off going elsewhere for quality food. The eggs Benedict was overcooked to the point of being just a hard boiled egg, and the burger was well done, with unseasoned dry fries. Our server was kind to take them back to be redone, and brought the manager over when we shared our discontent of quality of food and drink as of late. The manager was very kind in comping us our brunch. Not sure we would jump at the opportunity to come back any time soon.
