Weber’s Restaurant is an Ann Arbor tradition serving authentic Classic American cuisine from our kitchen and bakery since 1937. Famous for prime rib and live Maine lobster, Weber’s offers a crowd pleasing selection of broiled steaks, local seafood, and house made desserts.                                                                                 Our first time at the restaurant, for brunch. The ambiance was nice and quaint in the smaller section we sat, near the piano player and waffle station. The other part of the restaurant was more for a group setting as it was louder and high traffic due to proximity to the buffet. I tried multiple items from the buffet and found everything good except the coleslaw, couscous, and veggie lasagna; they all were bland and/or had an "off" taste, to me personally. I put a sausage on my plate, but didn't eat it as upon closer look, it was undercooked. Waffle station was amazing. The Au gratin potatoes (crispy on top), coffee cake, and eggs were amazing. The server was attentive and friendly. We loved the ambiance so much, including the walk in the hotel leading to the restaurant, that we will be back for dinner and cocktails one day. It seems as if it would be romantic. We're a 50-minute drive away and happy to make the trip back.

                                                                                The atmosphere and service are outstanding. We enjoyed the calamari, salads and steaks. My wife said her filet was delicious. I had the 16oz ribeye, and it was just OK. If I come back I won’t get that steak again. Desserts chocolate and carrot cakes were very good.

Went on dates here back in the day, had our wedding reception here 45 years ago, enjoyed many great dinners since. Celebrated my Mom’s 92nd. bday tonight with our family. Excellent as always! My salmon was cooked to perfection (everyone else enjoyed their meals, as well). Can’t recommend this restaurant enough!

                                                                                Always a good meal at Weber’s. The prime rib is always a favorite. Tonight I had the beef stroganoff and the beef was melt in your mouth tender. Such a good meal.

                                                                                It's been a minute since we have dined at Weber's, and we had the best food and service last night! We were celebrating my mom's 85th birthday, and it was the perfect place for it. Beautiful piano music playing at the perfect volume (you could hear it, but it was not loud or distracting). Good lighting...not too dark, but very relaxing. Very attentive service, even with a packed house. And now the food! I've never had a more tender and flavorful Prime Rib in my life! Seriously! The add on seafood options were incredible, too. Our compliments to the chef!!!! My opinion? You have to go here soon!!!!
