No place on earth can fresher ingredients be found than Southern California! From the freshest fish, produce and meats, it all comes together as California-Inspired Contemporary Italian cuisine. Our chef-driven kitchen produces some of the many classic Italian dishes such as Piccatas, Marsalas and Parmigianas as well as many delicious contemporary dishes. Lighter & healthier is always on our minds here at Vitello's. There is always an array of fresh fish available too, such as Branzino and Salmon, just to name a few. The menu also includes Steaks and Chops and homemade soups and salads. Vegetarian, Vegan and Gluten-Free options are yours for the asking. Daily specials round out the menu each day.     Had a reservation for 6 people and got there a few minutes early with 3 people in our party. While we waited for the other 3 guests the friendly host guided us to a table that was wedged between two other large parties. There was no room to pull our chair out and it was way too small for our group. I politely asked if there was another table and they said they could move us outside. When we went outside there was no table then someone came out and said they made more room for us at the original table. Upon arrival at the same table our other 3 guests arrived and it was clear that we were stuck in the same awkward table squeeze as before. We accepted that fate and moved on with our night. I asked for the high top near the bar but was told we couldn’t have it even though it remained empty within eyeshot for the whole dinner. The server was friendly and we ordered appetizers and a bottle of wine. The pizza came out cold and they didn’t have the wine we ordered but we moved on to ordering dinner. As the table behind us was wrapping up dinner there were issues for them leaving the table as there was no room to back their chairs up to get up without our party moving. Dinner came and it was okay but because of the tight quarters the servers had to maneuver to get the dishes placed on the table. I usually really enjoy this place but have to think twice before we go again. I understand that every restaurant has challenges from time to time but this night was not our usual experience for a place of this caliber.

    Our experience on New Years Eve was not a good one. The waiter was great, don’t recall his name but very friendly and attentive. We were advised when we arrived that we would only have 1.5 hours to eat, this was not disclosed to us at the time of reservation, we felt rushed and almost kicked out at the end of the evening which was at 9:15pm after we were told our table was needed. We visit this establishment frequently and this definitely didn’t leave a good feeling. In the future I would recommend to not have such late reservations (7:45pm) so there aren’t any conflicts with other events.

    First time here. My wife and I had a wonderful experience. The food was fantastic! Classic Italian fair. We shared a Gorgonzola salad, which the server had split for us. Delicious! Full bar with interesting cocktail choices and good wine selection. A reservation is recommended as the place is not very big, but is nice and cozy. They do have some outdoor seating as well if you prefer. Highly recommended. We will return for another nice dinner experience

    We had a private room for my sisters 60th birthday. Aubrey our waitress was excellent and very attentive. The food was good and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Thanks for a great night!

    Enjoyed Vitello’s quite a lot. Went on Monday night in December and sat outside. There were no other diners around us hence the quiet.😉. Had the bread appetizer, a Hangar 64 (very good and citrusy) a Hugo, the carbonara and the puttanesca and glass on Montepulciano. Ended with decent espressos. The pasta was top notch, not quite Italy, but one of the best I’ve had in LA (low bar I realize) and similar to above average places in New York, NY. The staff were super friendly and quick. The only minor hiccup was having to ask for dinnerware and napkins once our mains arrived. Quickly remedied though. Highly recommend if in North Hollywood/Burbank/WeHo even out to Reseda or Glendale
