Asian•MiMo / Upper East SidePhuc Yea offers a selection of shareable plates that capture the soulfulness and passion behind family-rooted recipes, the restaurant is inspired by Aniece Meinhold's Vietnamese heritage and Cesar Zapata's Third Coast culinary roots. Under one roof, guests are invited to marvel at Biscayne's blossoming Mimo District; embrace 90's hip-hop, street-cool music; and enjoy Cesar's version of Viet- Cajun cuisine - a lively mash up of fresh and colorful Vietnamese ingredients pumped up with spicy, bold Cajun flavors. This grown up version of Phuc Yea is largely seafood driven.Brunch features a dim sum style menu that highlights classic American brunch preparations. It is at brunch, Chef Zapata will feature his Gulf and Southern influences more prominently while still integrating Vietnamese breakfast tradition.

French•North BeachThe Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt, nestled within Carillon Miami Wellness Resort, offers an intimate 12-seat fine dining journey that reimagines modern classic French cuisine with refined Asian influences. The restaurant marks Chef Brandt’s debut in the U.S. after years of honing his culinary point of view and receiving numerous awards and accolades, including leading multiple Michelin-starred restaurants. In 2013 when he was the head chef at OPUS V the restaurant was awarded two Michelin stars and at the time he was the youngest chef in Germany to lead a two-star kitchen. More recently, in 2022 Epoca by Tristan Brandt in Switzerland was awarded one Michelin star. Chef Tristan Brandt and Chef de Cuisine Timo Steubing showcase an exquisite balance of French tradition and contemporary innovation. American•South BeachMichelin Starred Stubborn Seed is the result of pairing unrelenting passion with an unapologetic approach. It aims to unearth cravings of the palate while constructing a reward in each bite. This philosophy takes honest ingredients and elevates them. At the helm is 2022 James Beard Award Semi-Finalist and Bravo’s Top Chef Season 13 Winner, Chef Jeremy Ford. In 2022, Stubborn Seed was awarded one Michelin star in the highly coveted inaugural Florida guide.Stubborn Seed is a tasting menu only restaurant, with the option of a la carte service or the tasting menu at the bar. Reservations are available for table service and also available for the bar. Dress code strictly enforced as smart-casual. We are unable to accommodate tasting menus for guests following a vegetarian or vegan diet. A cancellation fee of $50 per person will incur if cancelled within 24 hours of the reservation. On holidays and special occasions, cancellations fees will be $100 per person.

Indian•KendallA pursuit for knowledge was the stimulus and continues to be the driving force behind Chef Niven’s career. Ghee means PURE and has a symbolic meaning both spiritually and in the kitchen of an Indian home. The restaurant encompass traditional Indian home cooking, ingredient driven using local artisan purveyors. Chef Niven highlights the experience of dining at Ghee: "I want to my guests to walk into Ghee with the sense of entering my home. I want them to feel at home. I want them to smell the aromas and spices and get more engaged in their meal. One of the things that I always tell my cooks is, ask questions, be inquisitive if you don’t know. I want the same for my guests."

Beyond Azabu lies The Den, an exclusive hidden omakase room specializing in the art of Edomae Sushi helmed by Master Sushi Chefs. Located inside The Stanton Hotel, The Den at Azabu Miami Beach elevates the local culinary scene with authentic Japanese cuisine and transportive experiences. The Den serves Edomae Tokyo style sushi. The Den is a 18 seat counter, omakase style sushi restaurant, where Sushi chefs will guide guests through an authentic omakase experience. Most ingredients will be flown in directly from the Toyosu fish market in Tokyo. The Den serves a multi course menu with no a la carte options. Food menus are $300++ or $185++ per guest. Originating in NYC, as Sushi Azabu in Tribeca, the Azabu brand has been awarded a Michelin Star for six consecutive years and is now excited to bring its culinary expertise to the heart of vibrant Miami Beach in the South of Fifth neighborhood. The Miami restaurant will be composed of two Japanese culinary concepts – the main dining being a robata concept and the hidden room in the back called 'The Den', serving only authentic Japanese sushi. The menu will feature innovative dishes curated especially for Miami by using exclusively sourced ingredients.
