We ate in the bar. The andouille soup was barely tepid but good. The bison ribeye was good as was the brisket sandwich. The menu is tired and needs updating. Service in bar was outstanding.

Their service was phenomenal but we were slightly disappointed in the taste of the food for the price we paid. We would have been better off to go to Longhorns. We ordered a caesar salad that had hardly any dressing, my husbands bison steak was cooked perfectly but lacking flavor, the mashed potatoes to be honest looked like they were out of a box, the fried chicken was pretty decent and the collard greens were extremely tangy. Again, service was great and our server was really nice. Just wanted to give an honest review.

Great food and excellent service! However, there were a couple of drawbacks. The restaurant was quite loud due to several large parties, and the parking lot was completely full, forcing us to park up the block and walk over (fortunately, we didn’t get towed). That said, the duck, beef tenderloin, beef tartare, and Caesar salad were all fantastic. The drink was just okay—unfortunately, the syrup seemed to settle at the bottom rather than being properly mixed.

Came here for our anniversary and had a great time! Service was a bit slow, but the waitstaff are always kind and the ambiance is cozy and enjoyable. Always very impressed with the menu, service, and hospitality. Not inexpensive, but also not outrageous.

The entrees were prepared well. The boar meatloaf was unusual but good. The buttered shrimp appetizer was excellent and well prepared. The service in the bar is outstanding…informative and excellent service throughout. Misti/Missy is excellent and makes you feel welcomed.
