I had a fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious, made with high-quality ingredients that you could truly taste in every bite. The ambience was warm and inviting, with a stylish yet comfortable setting that made for a relaxing meal. It was quiet, which allowed for easy conversation and an overall enjoyable atmosphere.

I’m a local and come to vintage 2-3 times a year. The food is always excellent, the view is amazing, never had a problem with service but probably the most expensive meal in the area. It’s a very small dining room and loses a bit of charm when it’s full. I’ve not had a bad experience here and always use it as my “go-to” for a special meal.

We went to Vintage Chophouse for dinner after reviewing the menu we saw online. Unfortunately the menu on open table and some online sites did not reflect the most accurate menu they offer. My husband I both struggled with ordering for that reason. Of the items we came for none were currently on the menu. I found almost every dish they offered was a mushroom base. This meant the one chicken dish the one non seafood small plate and the one pasta dish all had an abundance of mushrooms. I do not mind mushrooms but it was not somthing I came for nor wanted in every course. We ended up ordering the braised short rib , and the quinoa and curry dish. I added a twice bake potato and leak potato soup on to start. The food came out fast. The potato leak soup was not what i expected instead of having a savory taste it carried a heavy butternut squash / nutmeg flavor. If you like that this soup would be perfect however I do not care for sweet dessert like soups. The curry dish was good. Nothing i’d run back for but a unique dish that didn’t disappoint. My husband liked his short rib , it was tender as it should be it lacked a sauce but overall it was very good. The show stopper of the night was the giant twice baked potato. It was huge and came out bubbling and delicious. The potato itself could have been a meal. Service was good not great but good no complaints. We were sat at a table by the bar so no view or anything special. This was disappointing because I had noted we’d be celebrating our anniversary. My hope was at least a table that was more private or with a view outside. We did not get offered dessert so after our meal we left. So over all it wasn’t a bad dinner but it was nothing special or standout. I’d say we will not be back and to look elsewhere if you want more bang for your buck.

Great atmosphere and food! We sat by window next to fireplace for our anniversary dinner . The twice baked potato is about the size of a football. No joke, but it was good. The walleye was excellent, but was on mashed potatoes, which wasn’t described in menu, nor by our waitress, even though I asked if anything else came with it. Maybe the chef had extra so he added on his own. They needed more help though. Super busy and I think she was only one working. Love that place and will be back ! Thank you!

We love Vintage, especially in winter in front of the fire!!! Last night we had between 4 of us the potato leek root vegetable soup (which was actually sweet potato but not listed that way!! ) Even so all declared it delicious!!! The lamb lollipops are always great, as were the scallops. A new thing on the menu was marinated cucumber and onion which was OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you for a lovely evening!!!
