Tasting menu from a multi James Beard nominated restaurant; Our menu format is market driven "chef's choice" multi course tasting.

Located in the heart of historic downtown Ocean Springs, Mississippi, our establishment is a cozy historic house converted into a small restaurant. Our capacity allows us to serve a maximum group size of 4 at this time.

Join us in our culinary adventure; Owner chefs Alex (the husband from Mississippi Gulf Coast) and Kumi (the wife from Japan) create menus inspired by the seasons, preservation efforts, and whatever sounds tasty each day for our valued guests. We are a proud supporter of small scale local / regenerative farmers and sustainable seafood industry.

So please, let us cook for you. It is what we do best!

Note: please allocate minimum of two hours for dining. Menu modification due to food allergy may be accommodated with notice in advance (at least 48 hours) when possible, but not guaranteed. We are a small kitchen with shared equipments.

    Second visit to Vestige. Excellent Asian Fusion with heavy Japanese influence meets Mississippi cuisine. Exceptional service on both visits by same staff team. Been on Open Table since it started, have dined all over the U.S., this restaurant ranks in my top five for the total dining experience.

    Great experience all around - food top notch…every course was unique, packed with flavor but not overpowering. Waitstaff was on point - very knowledgeable, very attentive but again not overdoing it. High expectations for this restaurant and still managed to exceed them.

    This is the most unique dining in the area. Tastes you may never have experienced in your life unless you frequent James Beard award-winning places. It is well worth the price. It is a fixed menu with ingredients that may sound foreign, but you will not be disappointed.

    Doesn’t get any better than Vestige. Excellent experience. A culinary journey. Fantastic service. The people are so friendly and take time to explain the vision on the plate.

    There was a very Asian flare to all of the items on the menu. The first course was 2 one bite pieces. This were probably the best flavors of the night. The salmon was excellent. Serving the bread in the middle of the night is a refreshing idea. The three types of bread were unique and still warm. One stumble was the duck did not have the fat well rendered and the meat was raw on a couple of pieces. Overall we had an enjoyable night.

    Second year in a row my wife and I have gone for our anniversary and once again… an unparalleled experience. From the food to the experience. I recommend the prix fixe experience to anyone looking to try new, bold flavors.
