The service was excellent. I had better steak at other steakhouses. The food was a little salty. They charged me a $7.95 administrative fee. I didn't know what that was. I didn't ask because it's the holiday. I was never charged any fee at other high-end steakhouses. Overall, I would not be a repeat diner.

We frequent Uncle Jacks every few months. Unfortunately this is the 2nd time with a cook issue on our meal. When a steakhouse cant deliver a med temp steak 2x that is a problem. As our waiter agreed it was the kitchen, there was no offer to apologize or compensate in any way. If the mgmt wants to discuss this issue further you have my info. Update to previous review - I received a call from Bill (Mgr) apologizing for my issues we had. After communicating with Bill, all was done to correct my review. We'll continue to patronize Uncle Jacks Thank you Bill

Appetizers of baked clams and caesar salad were excellent. Filet mignon cooked just right. It was my birthday so dessert was on the house as was my margarita since I wore my Mets shirt (promotion -- wear Mets or Yankee gear and get a free drink!). Overall great night. Have eaten here many times and always consistently good. Waiters always efficient and nice.
