    This restaurant is a true gem in Rockville. The rustic lodge vibe is amazing and the food is excellent. Many dishes are seasonal, so if you want to try something, do so when you are there. The item may not return for months, if at all.

    We are "regulars" at Clyde's Tower Oaks Lodge. We like the variety on the menu and quality of the food, the really excellent service, and the ambiance especially in "The Great Room' which is an authentic Adirondack lodge moved to Maryland. Favorites on the menu include the Icelandic Cod, the Chicken #1 Sandwich, burgers, and their chili (which combined with a side salad is a full meal). Rotating items on the menu which are also great include the French dip sandwich, anything with crabmeat, and various tacos. Their take on a cob salad (linear instead of round) is delicious.

    A wonderful place to visit at the holiday or anytime! The waiter was very professional but friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. I was a little disappointed in the egg nog and surprised at the $15 price tag. Otherwise, we had a great time and will go again.

    The lodge was all decorated with holiday cheer. My husband and I got steaks and they were superb as was the service by Martin.

    Salmon entree was cooked as requested. Good portion. Enjoyed my tiramisu dessert. Only downside was my hot tea was delivered with cold water instead of hot water.

    Appetizer was shrimp cocktail and octopus dish, Both very good. Then had pork chops - cooked correctly as requested- with creamy mash potatoes. Also single crab cake (delicious) with side salad. Dessert was ice cream and a cupcake. Everything great!!!!
