                                                                                          We enjoyed a perfect night at TOSCA with a quiet, secluded area, great food and drink, very personal service by the maitre d and server. Service was very good and our every want was satisfied to our satisfaction. Strongly recommended.

                                                                                          Food was good, although some dishes should have slightly larger portions given the price. Waitress did her best but the continual snatching of plates when we weren’t finished was annoying. I understand management often puts pressure on staff to “clear tables “ but it makes one feel rushed, and when several consecutive people keep trying to take plates, it disrupts an otherwise decent meal. I’d go again, but if management is reading this: stop with the rushing. Let EVERYONE finish their meal, then collect the plates. It is always awful to be the last one eating and no one else has a plate.

                                                                                          Perfect evening. The meal was excellent from beginning to end. The atmosphere and decor are sensational. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of our server but she was amazing. Overall a perfect experience. Very highly recommended.

                                                                                          This was a first time visit to this restaurant with friends. It was chosen for it’s close proximity to their hotel. And a review of the menu. The ambiance was casually elegant and the waiters friendly and efficient. The place was busy yet the drinks, apps and mains came hot and timely from the kitchen. One meal (chicken and potatoes) of four was poor but no complaint was made. The other three dishes were fresh and tasty. We will definitely return for a second look. Our fault for ordering chicken and potatoes in an Italian restaurant.

                                                                                          No need to go to Little Italy for a great Italian meal. Our first dining experience at Tosca restaurant in downtown Ottawa will certainly NOT be our last! From the attractive decor to comfortable seating to excellent service to delicious pasta and delectable seafood food dishes - everything was what we hoped for, and more! Another aspect we enjoyed was the low noise level. We look forward to returning for our next gastronomic experience at this fine Italian eatery.
