Walk into TORC and you might notice the music. It's rock & roll, blues, or soul, and it's undeniably on. You might notice the energy — it's high. And you'll definitely notice our bar. It's busy serving well-made cocktails and pouring rare wines we're proud to say you probably won't find anywhere else by the glass. There are no white tablecloths. No dabbing the corners of your mouth. No pomp, but lots of circumstance. And perhaps the only reason you noticed the aforementioned is because you haven't tasted our food.     Come celebriate Valentines at TORC! TORC will be offering an indulgent four-course menu (selections within each course) featuring Ossetra Caviar and Truffles with sustainable meat, fish and vegetarian options. The price is $165 per person with an optional $105 wine pairing, not inclusive of tax and gratuity. TORC requires a credit card number to secure this reservation. All credit card information will be processed securely. No-shows, cancellations, and reductions in party size less than 72 hours in advance will be subject to a charge of $165 per person. Online modifications can be made until 5pm on Wednesday, Feb 12, 2025. Please note: There are no children menus and no sharing of the menu/wine pairing.

    Service was phenomenal. Food was really good. Waiter knew the menu, its ingredients and suggested local wines as requested. Bravo to the team for providing us a great dinner.

    Service was excellent with attentive staff. Ambience was great - nice space with a casual ambience. Food was excellent - a great variety of flavours at a good price point. We went more for the appetizers and smaller plates vs the mains so we could taste more of the menu - everything we had tasted great.

    Phenomenal overall experience. Food was fantastic and the attitude of the staff was exactly how you want it to be. Hard to say what was the favorite bite because there were so many exquisite tastes. Cant wait to go again
