The Terrace at the famous Sunset Tower Hotel debuted a new look in May of 2018, featuring a refreshed outdoor dining experience with updated furnishings and an elegant new bar. The Tower Bar Restaurant has split views of the city from either side of the lobby. It offers a swank lounge, bar and an al fresco dining experience. Custom made banquettes line the windows that showcase an unparalleled view of the Los Angeles skyline. Art deco design influences include walnut with gold inlay trim in a subtle, muted color scheme. The delectable menu features California Bistro with Italian fare. A dress code is enforced, please call for information.

We are now open daily for breakfast and lunch. Dinner is offered six nights a week, Monday-Saturday. We are unable to guarantee a seating preference of indoors or outdoors. We recommend a sweater or light coat during the evenings.

Shorts, baseball caps, sweats, sandals, tank tops, phone calls, computers and photos are not permitted.

Incredibly overpriced. The Branzino was inedible. The outdoor seating was poor. They charged $600 for two meals and two drinks which you would expect to be an A+ dining experience but was extremely mediocre and not worth $100.

Superior service experience and delicious food. It is spendy, but completely delivers if your expectations are a classy and classic West Hollywood experience with charm and a gorgeous view. Anthony's over/above service while waiting in the bar area was precious.

Lovely and beautiful environment. Service was next level BAD. Ordered 4 steaks, 2 racks of lamb and a burger with a side of baked potato (loaded). Waitress never came to take wine order so we ate dinner with no wine. Burger came with nothing on it except for wilted arugula, no condiments in sight. Potato came with no butter or any of “the works.” Had to ask waitress for these things and she was surprised and borderline annoyed. Then came back 10-15 mins later with hard butter, sour cream and what seemed to be cold shredded cheese out of a bag (Sargento style). It was so bad I had to ask her if she was planning to charge us for the burger and potato and she said “oh you didn’t like it?” We then tried to get an after dinner drink and she never came over to take our order so we sat once again with empty glasses and plates of food covering the table. Truly atrocious and not sure how she has a job. Over $800 later….what a joke.

The staff from check in to waiters are so cold and sooo stuck up. Very unwelcoming and want to rush you. Ambience is beautiful and music is wonderful but when you combine it with the staff and average food… definitely not a top choice

Poor host performance. Clearly a preferential treatment policy in place. Reservation times mean nothing. Have been a regular customer over the years as I live close by. Likely will not return.

Phenomenal service, from valet to drinks to table. Food exceeded expectations. Highly recommend the lobster tacos. Service makes you feel special and like you’re their only table. Live music, great atmosphere.
