Intimate, relaxed, and deeply delicious, dinner at the award-winning Stephanie Inn Dining Room is pure pleasure. Inspired by local ingredients at the peak of their season, Chef Aaron Bedard creates a nightly feast celebrating the flavors of the food mecca known as Oregon.

Kick off your evening with a classic craft cocktail as you await a seasonal prix fixe, four-course dinner, with your choice of entrée. Add on our suggested wine pairings to your meal or a bottle from our prized selection of exceptional Oregon wines that showcase the state’s spectacular variety of producers and styles.
We are happy to accommodate dietary needs, please list needs at time of reservation.

During the winter season, we offer 1 seating at 5:30pm, nightly.

During the summer and spring season, we offer 2 seatings nightly, at 5:30 pm and 8:00 pm by reservation only. Please note that The Stephanie Inn dining room welcomes children over 12 years of age.

    Very creative fresh local cuisine wonderfully presented and full of flavor and textures. One of the best meals I've had anywhere. Attentive and friendly wait staff focused on getting you what you want.

    A phenomenal dining experience with an amazing 4 course meal and wine pairings! Staff & service was spot on with enough time in between courses to savor the food and wine. The main course was enough for us to take home half of our dinner to enjoy the following evening. I would highly recommend this place for a special occasion (it was an anniversary celebration for us as it was for several other guests)!

    Everyone should eat at least meal at The Stephanie Inn. It is absolutely phenomenal. The service the food the ambience is breathtaking. I would highly recommend. Outstanding!

    Chef Aaron Bedard at Stephanie Inn is an outstanding talent. His chanterelle mushroom tartine was a delight to the palate, and the veal osso buco was tender and flavorful. The wine pairings (chef's selection) were perfect. I definitely recommend the four-course dinner experience.

    I was a table for one, for an early Sunday dinner. Once seated, the staff forgot about me. No drink service offered although someone did drop off white bread. Concern grew into embarrassment that grew into isolation, hence, I departed. Upon my premature departure, I did relay that I was forgotten about. One restaurant member did apologetically acknowledge that it indeed occurred and the hotel front desk stated that this mishap is quite rare. Just likely an uncommon miscommunication of table service assignments. Ergo, I do not recommend going here to dine for a party of one...especially on your 50th birthday weekend.
