Diners requiring privacy may choose from the Pipkin, Wine Cellar, or Roundtable rooms, perfect for small gatherings; each discreetly removed from the main dining floor. On the upper level of the Rib Room, we feature a private room for groups of up to 40 guests. Our experience at the Rib Grill was very disappointing. We had to send our food back three times and still not right. Marginal prime rib. Our food server, Ellica, had no business waiting tables. Her knowledge of the menu was absent. She totally forgot our cocktail service and when reminded, she got our order wrong. Don't dress in business casual. Most guests were dressed in athletic gear. We picked this spot over Antoine's. A horrible mistake. Awful dining experience, We complained to the matre'd but no response. Two hundred dollars shot.

We know it was Superbowl weekend, but other restaurants made it ! Rib Room failed in everything ! Worst service, bad food, overcooked steaks, bad quality at all, warm wine, no ice, running out of dishes, unfriendly, ….. Never again !

The Rib Room is one of our favorite places to eat in Nola. Great prime rib and the staff is so kind and efficient. Also, we recognize the servers which means they like their jobs.

I've been eating in the Rib Room forever. They are known for their prime rib rotisserie. I've not been to New Orleans in a number of years because it's a high crime area. We have missed our city. In any case, Rib Room no longer has the rotisserie, so the prime rib wasn't as good, overcooked, no Au jus , some thick gravy served it with. Still alright, but not the same. Fix the rotisserie please

We had a wonderful experience at the Rib room. Sarah was a wonderful, personable waitress and I am grateful to Chef Mike for preparing a delicious dinner and coming out to meet my 11yo son. My son was blown away by the service and food, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The restaurant went above and beyond for us. Thank you.

The ambiance in this place is awesome. Great views of outside while eating. The food was great. I had the banana foster stuffed French toast. Delicious! Unfortunately our waitress Felicia seemed to not want to be there, thankfully the other people involved with our service were all great. We went there because we stayed at the Omni Royal hotel. I would be curious to check out dinner here.
