We believe in an eclectic yet approachable love for food. Our chefs draw from foundations in classic French and Italian cuisine, finding inspiration in seasonal and local ingredients that offer a modern twist to each dish. Our ever-changing menus reflect the efforts of our collaboration with unique purveyors, local farmers, and artisan producers. Join us for an elevated, unpretentious dining experience.


Our patio is now open! Reserve online by selecting "outdoor" option or give us a call at 303-297-1215 and we will do our best to accommodate the request. Our outside tables can seat a MAXIMUM party size of 4 only.

    We tried several appetizers and split the pork shank main entree - all were fantastic! Dessert was delicious as well. We appreciated how all of our food was perfectly seasoned. Our server, Megan, was attentive, personable, and made our date night really enjoyable.

    Always a fantastic place to celebrate any occasion. We make it here numerous times a year be it our anniversary, Valentine’s Day, or special gusts in town. Food never disappoints and the staff is superb.

    I think the Plimoth does not get the recognition it deserves in Denver for being an inventive, delicious, restaurant with a constantly changing menu full of in season produce. It’s a go to for me for a special occasion, when we have guests visiting, or just want a great meal with great service and great drinks.
