The Palm Court’s Afternoon Tea truly shines with custom tableware and china, a fragrant tea list steeped in history, and of course, a bit of precocious Eloise too. Guests are invited to nibble on our in-house Pastry Chef’s unique culinary offerings like delicate finger sandwiches, buttery scones and elegant desserts, which are all made from scratch with local, seasonal and sustainable ingredients.

Hours:
Breakfast* | 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Confirmed breakfast reservations at The Palm Court
are reserved for hotel guests at this time.

Afternoon Tea | 11:00 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Evening Prix Fixe | 6 p.m. – 11 p.m.
Reservations are not required but recommended
*Evening prix fixe menu ends at 10:30 p.m.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the event will be non-refundable. No shows will be non-refundable.

    We came with a Reservation for drinks at 9:30pm and wanted a small bite. The only option was a full pri fix menu - fine, we ordered one as we were not very hungry. this included a $50 split charge for which nothing was done but setting the tray on the table. Food quality was lacking. $35 sub par cocktails. Service was fine. You are paying for the history. Three drinks and a tray of tea sandwiches came to $380.

    We had an amazing birthday experience. Delicious cakes, sandwiches and scones, great tea and an extra birthday treat. All in the great space at the palm court. Arrive feom Friz was exceptional - we will be back just to see him again. A very special experience that I highly recommend

    We always wanted to go and have the afternoon tea experience at Palm court. It was so nice and fun. Our waiter was absolutely amazing. Palm Court is absolutely gorgeous and so beautifully decorated. I give this “Experience “ 5 stars!

    Set in a beautiful dining room, with pretty holiday decorations. Our server was so friendly and lovely. The food service was slow. When our server noticed, she personally brought out most of our food so we wouldn't have to wait--and let us know that the rest would come shortly. The afternoon tea was good, but not outstanding given the price. The tea was delicious. We got a new server for some reason during our meal. At the end when we tipped the original server, we were told that we gave too much money. We didn't realize that gratuity was included, and we appreciated that someone let us know this.

    It is not like a very good restaurant at Garda in Italy. It is expensive like the italian Restaurant.

    Home Alone itch scratched BUT it was underwhelming and simply not worth the money. Table of 4 Christmas Day - set ‘dinner’ which was just a take on afternoon tea. $95 per person, with one drink each the bill was $£650 due to tax and gratuity. We’ve done it, we enjoyed but really not worth it. The bread for the sandwiches had clearly been sat for a while and had a stale feel. One was a lobster brioche with the most minute bit of lobster. Mini crème brûlée was delicious as was the chocolate torte, iced cake was dry and tasteless.
