   Our waiter was absolutely fantastic. The hand made Caesar salad was top shelf along with the service he provided. The food was perfection and presentation was fantastic

   I have been to the Lord Nelson many times and it never disappoints. The restaurant continues to deliver amazing service & delicious food. The menu has so many options. Our server was very attentive, polite and had humor. I think his name was Valentino ? I would highly recommend the Lord Nelson for any occasion

   Rachel was a very good server, she tried her best. .I got the impression it was understaffed because we were a group of 6 . arrived at 12:15 and entrees were served well after 2pm which rushed the group . desserts had to be served to go .. no time for coffee. I would think it would be more organized with the prices on the menu. the food was absolutely amazing but service could have been better. thank you.

   We loved The Lord Nelson. The food is always good and the service exceptional. Open table's rating system is too simple for highed end restaurants and I would actually rate TLN at 4.6 or 4.7 in the category.

   Ok food, ok atmosphere, no customer service to speak of. Nothing exceptional, Not worth it!! We were there to celebrate my husband’s new job and as we walk into the door the hostess seats the people behind us and just skips us! After waiting for 30 minutes for a table to clear, the young hostess seats the table after us then gets directed to asked them to get up and go back to the bar because it was our turn. The service was another story. To make this disappointing experience short, I’d rather make the trip to Harbour sixty and enjoy a true fine dining experience.

   Phenomenal service from beginning to end and the food was amazing too. We will be returning for our next celebratory event.

    Food was exceptional! Holiday decor is outstanding. Physical temperature was chilly, so dress warm.
