Very professional staff - each and every staff member that dealt with our booking had read the notes and wished my daughter happy birthday which was impressive . Food was beautifully prepared and good x

I have been to the Ivy Market Grill a number of times but was disappointed on this visit when we were celebrating a special occasion. We had issues with getting the menu we had booked, the service was not as great as last time and food not cooked as requested.

Such a shame we love the ivy and the staff were lovely but we had the roast with you yesterday. There was no way the roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings were made by one of your skilled chefs. There we like frozen roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings. Definitely spoiled a special occasion for us.

The food! The service,! the location in Covent Garden❤️! We do not have a bad thing to say! We loved the shepherds pie and the salted sourdough bread and chicken satay appetizer. It was out of this world. I could go back and eat that every day! Chicken satay was probably the best we’ve ever had. Definitely a win. And the prices were very reasonable!

Been to many ivys but this one not sure if was understaffed but we had mocktails and they came out warm( thought they would be shaken on ice) my steak was so chewy and I have medium rare so never experienced that before so first time I’ve ever sent a meal back and it took over 20 min to get their attention to ask for another one and my partners food was stone cold because he waited to eat with me . The table next door the lady ordered steak but received sea bass so had to wait for her meal again like myself so we both got a bit frustrated. Not worth the money I spent especially when I got my steak back and it was not seared nicely the fat wasn’t rendered and still a tad chewy. Dessert was the saving grace was really nice . Really enjoyed ivy Asia so perhaps just stick to that
