   Arrived a 715 for a 730 reservation. Was told upon arrival that it would be a 15 minute wait. Decided to go back inside at 735 to see if the table was ready. Was ignored for about ten minutes which I didn't mind because they were busy. My issue began however when someone else came to check in and inquired about the wait. The hostess asked if she was there for my reservation and stated she could seat them immediately outside. The person informed her that wasn't her reservation and when I told the hostess that the reservation was mine that I just heard her offer to someone else she reluctantly advised that the table was outside if I wanted it. I said yes because my reservation was booked for outside. After being seated I watched 2 other tables get sat after mine only to receive the pasta course and entree before mine. I've worked in the restaurant industry and understand delays happen and the holidays are difficult. What I don't understand is running into these egregious errors with a menu with extremely limited options. It felt somewhat intentional and I've traveled and eaten globally and rarely have this experience. The server did his best to ameliorate some of the issues but much of it was out of his control. The food and drinks were prepared well enough that had the experience gone differently I would have loved to provide a glowing review, unfortunately I was unable to.

   We ate here on Christmas Day night, a busy time but the service was excellent, very attentive. There was a prefix meal so choices were limited. The food was ok to good and a plenty was served but very over priced.

   Soup was bland, pasta was cold. I didn’t even stay to finish the prix fixe Christmas meal. They still charged me for the whole meal, which I was fine with because it was worth it to NOT have to eat more of their food. I know the holidays are tough times, I love New Orleans restaurants and restaurateurs but this was a poor showing.

   Food was okay but came out very slow - we skipped dessert because service was so slow. It was a holiday so I’ll give them that. But overall it was very slow and not worth the $$$

   The food was alright but nothing special. It was a busy night and we were seated in the middle of the dining room. A steak was ordered rare and presented medium to medium well. The snapper was off. The dessert ordered before the meal was no longer available when we were ready for that course. The servers were exhausted, short on memory and rushed us through our evening there. Someone in my party complained but I went outside beforehand and stayed there because I didn’t want to sit through it.

   Overpriced food that was very bland. Often didn't have utensils to get food with. I ate dessert with knife handle as the table was told they were out of utensils. Entire dining experience was 4.5 hours long.

   Dan, the bartender/waiter was super! He made every step count behind that bar!! Really enjoyed the Christmas 5 course menu. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming!

   Take it from two people who know good Italian. A Bostonian and a New York Italian. This place is bomb! Best Lasagna we’ve ever had by far. Nona would be sad. Do yourself a huge favor and eat here.

    Incredible food but service was too slow and agonizing at times. We will return one day, but we’ll have to alot much more time to allow for the slow service.
