The Greens at Copake Country Club is situated at the base of the Berkshire and Catskill Mountains overlooking the vistas of Copake Lake. The Greens serves dinner with the facilities to host weddings and private parties. Stop by for a drink after a round of golf or for a full meal to enjoy the view and the classic comfort food. A classic American menu at The Greens serves well known staples as well as fun new dishes. Start out with steamed Maine mussels or a baby arugula salad form Equinox Farms. Then fill your belly with a 12-oz. rib eye steak with broccoli rabe, a house made spinach fettuccine with a Herondale Farm lamb Bolognese or the tarragon and Dijon mustard roasted organic chicken with Yukon Gold mashed potatoes.

The Greens is one of our favorite local restaurants in the Eastern NY and Western Berkshires region. The CIA-educated chef is talented and serves imaginative meals with proper portions. We have never had a bad experience there.

I love The Greens at Copake Country Club...it's a real destination restaurant with lovely views, great food, attentive staff....and the food is priced right. I never feel exploited!

It was our first time at this restaurant. Except for the noisy children nearby, it was a very nice experience. We will go back again.

excellent local spot w/ great food, service & scenic golf course/lake views. All our 2nd choices were very good. only drawback having to go to 2nd choices - disappointments; several of us wanted eggs benedict and/or beef hash w/ poached eggs and were told N.A. - at 1PM on a Sunday? Sold out? Nope; ran out of Hollandaise sauce! At 1PM during Sunday brunch? Why not make some more chef??? Odd.
