Callaway Gardens’ fine-dining venue is distinguished by an elegant atmosphere and creative dishes incorporating locally and regionally grown food products. Unique appetizers, healthy salads, and steak, seafood and pasta entrees adorn a menu that changes with the seasons to take advantage of the most current flavors. Located in Callaway Gardens’ original golf clubhouse, the Gardens Restaurant overlooks serene Mountain Creek Lake and the picturesque 10th hole of the Lake View Golf Course.

Beautiful view of lake and sunset from the porch- perfect for romantic evening or special occasion. Food is excellent, service attentive and friendly. My family has celebrated many occasions there over the years but eat dinner there often as well.

I was there with my spouse and we enjoyed ourselves. It was a quiet night with just two other couples in there when we were there. Our server was very attentive and added a nice dessert touch as we were out celebrating a birthday. The food was delicious and because they had a special Valentine's prix fixe dinner we got a nice sampling of the menu.

Went for Christmas Eve dinner - felt festive yet elegant. I definitely would return to try more dishes. The fried green tomatoes were delicious & awesome- tomatoes tasted fresh & crisp. I had the rainbow trout & mom had the bone-in filet, both dishes were perfectly cooked to taste & serving size was well balanced. Service was well-timed, attentive, and friendly. Wine selection was well ranged from adorable to more expensive bottles - had bottle of Malbec & mom loved it!

We had a nice dinner over there Christmas eve and did the Festival of Lights after. It's a nice restaurant, bit fireplace with a couch in front of it that we relaxed on for a bit after dinner. Wife got the trout special which was very good and I got the NY strip. The food was good, service was good, just nothing spectacular and a bit pricey for what you get. I think if you sat outside on a warm day your experience might be better. The grounds up there are beautiful, but it was dark when we went...
