The food was fine/good, nothing especially interesting or noteworthy. The room is lovely, of course, but the acoustics don't work in your favor when parents allow their children to run wild, which was the case for our entire lunch. What really needs attention is the service. The woman who greeted us and took our coats could not have been nicer. Bu the waiter we had was completely clueless. I had to repeat my order for a "Belvedere straight up" THREE times. Two sets of cutlery were delivered before we had any food in front of us. Trying to get a drink refill would have tried the patience of Job. The server waiting on the table next to us practically pulled up a chair to talk about where he was from. In a word, unprofessional. It was our distinct impression all the wait staff had been hired because they were a familial relation to someone in power within the hotel; we could not otherwise understand how they would have their jobs in what should be a fine establishment. We live locally, and we hoped the reincarnation of the Four Seasons would be attractive to us as a place to stop in and refresh; unfortunately, this was not the case.

Our experience did not match the cost. The service was mixed. A couple of the staff went out of their way to provide good service but our main server Milton was horrible.

This year, in the hopes of creating a special experience with my family on Christmas Day, I chose to have breakfast at The Garden. While the hostess and welcome team were exceptionally friendly and inviting, I was taken aback by the cold and indifferent attitude of the service staff. Our meals were served nearly 40 minutes after placing the order, and our champagne arrived inadequately chilled. For breakfast, I opted for the eggs over parmesan polenta, which I must say was the smallest breakfast portion I have ever encountered. Following the meal, I inquired about gluten-free dessert options for the holiday. I was informed that the chef could prepare something for me, yet despite waiting for over half an hour, the dessert was never served. We eventually had to remind the service team about the situation ourselves. For a restaurant where I spent $300, expecting a refined and memorable experience on such a special day, the reality was nothing short of a disappointment. Regrettably, I do not anticipate visiting again.

The food, cocktails, and service were fantastic. Also, a beautiful setting for a winter lunch! Props to our server Matthew, who was knowledgeable and also funny. Highly recommend.

It was so wonderful returning to The Garden, after the long hiatus. The reopening of The Four Seasons Hotel and the Garden made the 2024 holiday season even more special! The Garden was exactly as it had been when it closed in 2020. The wait staff had returned and for me this was like a homecoming. The food was absolutely amazing. The menu is new but the food remains absolutely delicious. The ambiance, as always, is perfect; the noice level minimal, the decor elegant and the attention from that wait staff and managers, warm and accommodating.
