   Excellent food. Everything was truly delicious. However I have 2 complaints. My white wine was only slightly chilled. And my dish was lukewarm. I like my white cold and I like my pasta hot. I sent the wine back and asked her to refrigerate the glass until my food came out which she did. A bit better but still not really cold. I didn't bother to send the pasta back as I was afraid they would nuke it and then it would become rubbery. So I ate it lukewarm. Not sure if it was just a busy night and the food sat there and the wine wasn't chilled enough. Still enjoyed everything Service food ambience was good a little loud but still an acceptable level

   Very attentive and polite staff who were nice enough not to kick us out u til the main lights came on. Good, as usual, tastes fresh and delicious. We loved the vibe there.

   As usual, chef DiBari goes over the top with his creativity, originality and perfection of his craft! I started with a delicious Bourbon, almond cocktail. We had the bone marrow stuffed clams for appetizers, my husband had his all time favorite pork osso bucco, and I tried the pasta special, with chicken livers Madeira wine, pistachios and Cocoa. The pasta sounded a bit strange but it was delicious! Our waiter, Bryan, was attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu, plus a really nice guy! I highly recommend The Cookery, one of our favorites.

   Confidently outstanding and inventive cuisine in a laid back yet nice atmosphere with knowledgeable but always warm service. An immediate recommendation for anyone in Westchester, and worth the trip from New York or elsewhere.
