Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Typical awesome experience at the Capital Grille. It’s good to know there are still places like this for special occasions and fine dining. Bar area was pretty noisy but the dining area was fine. Great experience.

    The Main course came out. My veal chop was overcooked and the bone in filet was undercooked. They came back out and my new veal chop was raw and the filet was not replaced abs was over cooked. Will not be going back. Very disappointing

    Food and service were excellent as always. We started off with the calamari and then I had a Caesar salad with shrimp added, and my husband had the bone in New York strip with the Parmesan truffle fries. Our waiter, Forrest, made me the best Mocktail I have ever had! Went to the bar afterwards, and again the service and drinks were phenomenal.

    The service was really outstanding. Our waitperson was attentive, personable, and informative. We weren't rushed, but all our food was brought in a timely fashion. It IS expensive, though! We eat once every few years.
