Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. Dining at the capital Grille is always a great experience. Dragos was once again our waiter. He is charming, knowledgeable, professional, and adds an air of friendly camaraderie whenever we return. Bravo Dragos! 😘

Went for the wine and wagyu night. The hamburger was delicious and cooked perfectly. The wine was great selection! Our server was friendly and amazing!

Took my friend for her birthday dinner. Emily was our excellent waitress and the food was just perfect as always. Lobster and crab cakes, sea bass, tuna and the complimentary birthday dessert.
