Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We went in for the Waygu burger special that is ending this weekend. David was our server. He was very attentive and friendly. We also celebrated my husband's birthday and they gave him a sampling of the most beautiful and flavorful desserts. The food was cooked to perfection. We haven't been here for so long but you can be sure we will be back really soon!

    Wonderful meal all well paced and perfectly prepared. We were surprised that our anniversary was noted with a welcoming table and complimentary toast and dessert. Open table notified the restaurant and I didn’t know as I just made a simple reservation on line. Our waitress, Stacey, was attentive and very pleasant.

    The Capital Grill is always a delicious experience and this location in particular, is fantastic. The staff is all very attentive, professional, and accommodating. It's certainly a higher price point but they provide the experience one would expect and then some.

    My husband and I were with our grandson last night. It was very busy in the bar and Jon the manager wanted to make sure we were happy. He was wonderful. Gwen and Gina provided very good service as well!

    It has been years since we went to Capital Grille. Food was excellent and steaks cooked to perfection. Nothing is worse than going to an expensive steak house and having a steak not cooked to your specifications. The service with Eric was impeccable with a lovely sense of humor. We appreciated not feeling rushed to order or rushed to eat which happens at so many restaurants looking to turn tables to make a profit. We had a leisurely birthday dinner and will be back soon again.
