Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     The outdoor seating area is wonderful and we appreciate that our small dog is allowed because we bring him when we travel. My steak was cooked perfectly and my husband really liked the chicken dish but says it is overpriced. For 2 people without alcohol the bill was $130. Pricey but delicious and attentive service.

    The food, service and atmosphere were fabulous. We ate outside on the patio with our dog. Dinner and the service were A+ and the tables were nicely spaced. We will definitely go back.

    Food and service was very good. The seating comfort was very poor we were in booth 51 and the seats had absolutely no support.

    We becoming a regular for Friday nights there, we like the room we got seating tonight but not by the door. So keep our business by following our requests. Was a fabulous dinner as always! The Gullickson’s.

    Another wonderful dining experience at Capital Grille. Eric is a great waiter along with his support staff. We had our first “Girl Bentley Club” meeting there today. Was fantastic place to meet.
