Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     This was a big hit my parents absolutely loved everything about this special day. We showed up early for our reservation but they sat us early, the service was extremely attentive despite how busy they were, the noise level was low where our table was located which was a blessing, and the food was cooked perfectly bursting with flavor. We couldn’t have picked a better restaurant to fit the party of mixed ages and disabilities.

    Possibly the best meal that my wife and I have ever had, and we've eaten countless times at Morton's, Ruth's Chris, The Palm, even Buca Mario in Florence, Italy. And the ambience is calm and subdued, not noisy and bustling. Excellent across the board.
