Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our food was excellent as always and once we were finally seated we had a great experience for my husbands 80th birthday. The problem was that I had made the reservations a couple of months in advance, we arrived on time and waited almost an hour past our reservation. We saw numerous parties the same number as ours (5) be seated well ahead of us, as we waited and waited .My husband has balance issues and I’m saddled with a neck brace as a result of a freak accident where I broke two cervical vertebrae. So sitting on hard back chairs or standing is very uncomfortable. Kind of dampened the evening.

    Despite having reservations for over a month we had to wait 25 minutes to be seated. Never experienced this T Capital Grill before. Waiter was amazing but food was not cooked properly so it was redone. Not my best Capital Grill experience and it was Christmas Eve

    Excellent as always, Nancy is the best. We always get booth number 54…. We will be back on Dec 31st at 6:30 for dinner.

    Wife's Birthday Dinner was fabulous. Table was decorated with birthday confetti along with a hand written birthday card. Their Lobster Bisque is to die for. Steaks were prepared perfectly. Service was beyond excellent. Birthday desert was great. Couldn't ask for a better meal or time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND....
