Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We always enjoy dinner at Capital Grill! Their food is consistently delicious and their service excellent. We were a party of 5, had an excellent table and our server Amanda & team were outstanding. We have many restaurant options to choose from in downtown Providence, and always gravitate to Capital Grill! Most highly recommend!

    We participated in the Wagyu and Wine event. We started with creatively made cocktails. Our burgers were delicious and the paired wines were just perfect. I just wish the burgers had some greens on top. Our server was attentive during our entire dining experience.

    Excellent overall experience. Valet is always right out front and very friendly. Hostess was great. Had the pleasure of having Jorge for a waiter. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Food was much better then the last few times I had visited. Barbecue bacon is a must have for a appetizer and the the creamed corn side is top shelf.

    Great food and service that added to the celebration of a milestone birthday. Bone-in filet is absolutely wonderful as were the appetizers. Welcome champagne was a nice surprise. Service was perfect and Neal was very well paced.
