Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Never disappointed with the food and service. The menu offered some fresh new choices and my old favorites were available too! I love and always order the "Off Menu" lobster bisque soup.

    We had a wonderful anniversary celebration at Capital Grille. Michael was attentive to our needs without being overly present. We were wished a happy anniversary by the hostesses, the manager, maybe the chef, and Michael. The food was fantastic, and the dessert treats were the perfect size. Thank you for making our anniversary celebration so special! We will return!

    Robert our server was friendly, and efficient. It’s as though he was our private server and concierge. Keron the manager makes every visit feel like we’re visiting with family and friends. Amazing experience as always.
