Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Our experience was unbelievable! It was my wife's birthday, and the staff went above and beyond—every team member we encountered made a point to wish her a happy birthday. They even decorated our table with confetti and a birthday card, and topped it all off with a wonderful dessert. It truly made the day feel special.

    As always, we had a wonderful dining experience at the Capital Grille. When we were there two weeks ago we had the Wagyu and wine special and we came back again tonight to do it once more before the offer expired. We sat in the lounge. It was the perfect after work and pre-theater dinner and for me at least, there are leftovers! Not so much for my dining partner. He finished every last morsel.

    Service was great as always. The steaks were good but not great. Plus the temperature of my wife’s steak was way off. She ordered med plus and it came out med rare. We were disappointed. They did give us a free dessert assortment which was very good.

    The food and service was too notch. The only thi nh is the music seemed to have been turned up making it difficult to carry on a normal conversation.
