Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required. We usually go here before catching a show at one of the theaters. The food is phenomenal and the service is always above and beyond. The only downside is that I never have room for dessert because I focus on the steak and sides!

Won’t be back. This place has changed dramatically in the last 10 years. Only thing that was the same was the Stoli Doli’s.

We had a great experience. It was both of our birthdays and our server Shannon was outstanding and provided great service. We felt well cared for and celebrated. They even decorated our table with some confetti before we were seated to celebrate the occasion. We were treated to some complimentary treats throughout the meal and the food was well-prepared and flavorful. A great place to celebrate a special occasion or just to treat yourself to a great meal. The staff were all attentive and helpful and even boxed up our food for us at the end of our meal.

We came to celebrate my mother in laws 70th birthday. They were very gracious, table confetti, champagne toasts and a birthday dessert. Our server Diego was great! The Oscar steak was very good. The scallops were a bit over cooked and so was the lobster tails. Lobster Mac n cheese was delicious. We’ll be back and we recommend.

Chris was fun and made our special evening especially enjoyable. The manager, Steve was so helpful when we were looking for a missing contact lens (funny, sort of). Great night! Capital Grill is where we go enemies we want to celebrate. Oh, the food was excellent, you should try the ribeye.
