Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Andrea as a waitress was 10 out of 10. The food was good, but having the right server who can make the best recommendations and mix and match for value always helps. We enjoyed the Miami Capital Grille.

    Beyond expectations. Terrific greeting at the front. Beautiful room lighting perfect. Great servant in Jennifer who was sweet and efficient. And the food was surprisingly excellent well done

    We wanted a true American stake house and definitively Capital Grille is that. The fried calamari for appetizer were very good. As mains we tried two different meat cuts and several sides (the asparagus were a nice surprise as well as the potato Gratin). Andrea was our server and she was great all night long. We will be back for sure.
