Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     the entire staff and establishment are top notch professional delivering an exceptional experience. from the greeters/hosts who were amendable and communicated well getting the table together to the expert bartending staff where Shauna was extremely helpful hunting down wines and bourbons that were slightly above standard fare...to our waiter and staff led by Jon. excellent business meal, thoroughly entertained and my clients are elated. capital grill is my go to restaurant for friends and clients--especailly this location on the strip. its run exceedingly well.

    You felt that the ribeye steak with the bone in was not as tender and juicy as before. We felt like the vendor that is supplying the meats may have changed, although the waiter said that probably wasn’t the case or maybe they were just more lean and less marble. Service was OK just standard. Nothing over the top for a gourmet room. We’ve had better service there. We went at 5 PM when it was

    Had to wait almost 30 minutes to be seated and they took customers who arrived after us first. Manager did apologize and gave some free food but front desk staff didn’t do much to help until I complained
