Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Rob L was by far the best server I’ve had in a while. He had a lot of personality and took care of my table effortlessly. The food was also great and I had no complaints. I would definitely visit again and I would recommend.

    This was my first visit to The Capital Grille. Not only was the food amazing and the atmosphere great, the service was second to none. Our serve (Derrick) was a large part of the reason for this. He showed genuine interest is us and created a unique experience that ensured we enjoyed this meal. I encourage anyone to visit.

    WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. WE DID THE WAGU AND WINE LUNCH SPECIAL. WAGU BURGERS PAIRED WITH DUCKHORN WINE! JON OUR SERVER WAS VERY ATTENTIVE AND SUPER NICE. MY BURGER CAME OUT UNDER COOK AND BEFORE I EVEN SAID ANYTHING HE NOTICED AND TOOK CARE OF IT. THE MANAGER ANTHONY EVEN CAME OVER AND APOLOGIZED AND MADE SURE WE WERE ALL DOING OK. THE CAVIAR AND CHIP WAS PHENOMENAL! I HAVE NEVER BEEN HERE FOR L.UNCH ONLY DINNER. I HAVE BEEN MISSING OUT FOR SURE! THIS PLACE NEVER DISAPPOINTS. FOOD IS ALWAYS EXCEPTIONAL AND SERVICE IS TOP NOTCH ALWAYS.

    The roasted chicken was so salty I had to send it back. The person I was with for business dinner had finished his meal before mine was brought back. I usually like this restaurant but feel they are not on top of their game as they used to be. I will say they did comp my meal which I tried to pay for it. Overall a great restaurant. Not all meals are perfect but they did try to make it up to me.

    We came for the Wagyu & Wine pairing dinner and ordered the blue cheese and truffle burger with fries. Outstanding!! The Duckhorn Cab was the perfect pairing. The bartender was excellent as we ordered cocktails to start our adventures. We will be back before this special event goes away.

    We often dine at Capital Grille in different cities around the US as we know we will eat very well in an atmosphere that we enjoy. Good choice of food and wine and Daniele looked after us very well.
