   We went on for. 6pm reservation on a Wednesday evening. The restaurant was very busy, but we were seated right away. In just minutes, our glasses were filled with water, bread was put onto the table and the waiter advised us of the specials. We appreciated the Happy Birthday card on the table and the Birthday dessert treat. Our glasses were kept full, our waiter was attentive. The food was delicious and generous in size. We will return again.

   Went to celebrate birthday and enjoy restaurant week’s 3 course menu. They surprised me with a lovely dessert platter for my birthday. It was the best part of the meal! I choose the salmon option as I don’t eat meat. The food was just ok as very little effort was made to accommodate food restrictions.

   Went for Restaurant Week which was a decent deal but expect to pay about $100 for a lunch for 2 with a glass of wine. Service was professional and friendly, but as expected, they were a bit busy, so be patient. Food quality and execution is always great.

   We love the Capital Grille.  They sat us in our favorite booth by the kitchen. The waiter, his name started with an F and he’s one of the original waiters,  was absolutely exceptional! He had such a nice demeanor about him and was so great with everything he did! He just wanted to make sure we were always happy.  All of the food was absolutely delicious.  The manager came over to make sure we were happy. It was another amazing night at the Capital Grille.

   We took our grandchildren 12and 9 and had a terrific experience! Frank was our waiter and was superb. He was professional, courteous and attentive to our needs. Chris the General Manager came to our table and provided a detailed explanation of the wall pictures in the area we were sitting. The kids were very impressed about the history behind the pictures as were we. We thank him for the extra attention! The food and other service was terrific as usual. All of the food was prepared and cooked properly. Have been to many Capital Grilles and this was the best! We have been there several times and always had great service and food! We will be back.

    I always enjoy my time at Capital Grille. The staff is always pleasant. I just had 2 minor issues during my last visit. I’ve noticed that the strict dress code is not being enforced. While I don’t believe you need to wear a suit and tie or cocktail dress to dinner, I also feel that ripped jeans and sweatsuits should not be allowed. I would really love to see restaurants start turning people away because of their attire. We need to make people more aware that appearances do matter and to get back into the habit of taking pride in your appearance. My second complaint was that I had the seared scallops with lobster risotto. The scallops were delicious and cooked perfectly however, the risotto lacked all flavor. It honestly tasted like air. This dish could easily be a 9-9.5 if there was just a little more seasoning added to the risotto…perhaps garlic or truffle.
