Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Capital grill is definitely a 5 star restaurant. We celebrated our anniversary and booked on open table as we always do. The restaurant went out of their way to make it a very special experience. The food was amazing and delicious. The atmosphere was comfortable and the service was excellent. Definitely worth the visit.

    Went for the Wagyu Burgers & Wine Experience at the Bar area. The burgers were spectacular as well as the wine selection. Awesome service by bartenders Sharon and Mariah. Truly nice and very professional. The Hostesses also Pros. Nice evening.

    The highlight of the menu is undoubtedly the dry-aged steaks, meticulously prepared and bursting with flavor. My personal favorite was the bone-in filet, cooked to a perfect medium rare—juicy and tender with just the right char on the outside. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Ray was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that water glasses were never empty and plates were cleared promptly. No surprise that "Everybody Loves Raymond"! Nice touch to finish the evening was champagne and a rose for the Missus.
