Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Appetizers were amazing. Dinner was served cold, waiter did not return to check on us, three of 5 steaks were over cooked. Forgot to bring a side. Very loud atmosphere. Disappointing.

    Had reso on Thanksgiving day. The place was SUPER busy but we were seating within 10 minutes of our arrival. We were celebrating a birthday, there were 6 adults and 1 child. Our server Cyndy was absolutely attentive and very knowledgeable on menu and cocktails. She helped us select the best they had to offer. Everything was spot on from our drinks to our food. A great Thanksgiving / Birthday celebration experience. Thank you, we will be back!

    Colin headed a team of waiters and waitresses that were very attentive and who kept our drinks full and the table uncluttered. I had the sea bass and my wife had the roasted chicken; we both enjoyed our meals. The restaurant was very crowded, but the staff was efficient in seating people and getting tables ready for the next diners.

    Staff was amazing, beautiful restaurant and food was very good. Should note on menu that risotto has green beans. Otherwise everything was great!

    Steaks were great -consistent with other TCG locations. Reception was a bit disorganized. On-site valet parking was efficient. Be aware of extreme traffic in the area.

    The steaks were not that good over cook. But the manager did not charge them. Very good brand were the customer always rights.
