Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Alyssa was truly great. This was our first visit and she provided us great suggestions for drinks and food. I am definitely looking forward to our next time.

    The entire Capital Grille experience was spectacular. We were dining for an anniversary and the table was presented beautifully with a heart of rose petals, a rose , and personalized card. The meal was delicious with superb service from our server, Jorge, and followed with a beautifully presented anniversary desert. Capital Grille is always a great dining experience and this night was especially special.

    This classic steak house met our expectations. Service was great, especially at the bar. We were all satisfied with the food but there was no WoW factor here. Sadly, coffee drinks were limited as their machine was out of service. Coconut cream pie was good, but did not taste like coconut. In the end, they delivered what was expected.

    Great food, great service & decor was awesome!! Music was perfect. Staff were all very professional & friendly. It was our Anniversary & they brought us Champagne, it was a great experience!! it was our first time here & definitely we will go back!!!
