Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Had reservations and checked in on time. 20 minutes to get seated when the restaurant was not busy. Sat the wrong party in front of us while standing right in front of the receptionist. Long time to be served from getting water, bread, drinks and food. Again, restaurant was not particularly busy. Overall disappointing service.

    Close to a perfect experience. Superb service couple with excellent food . My wife and I shared an appetizer a salad and a steak plus dessert , everything exceeded our expectations. We will return

    Me and my fiancé ordered the porterhouse for our main entree and she asked for medium well and the brought it out medium rare and this is not the first time it’s happened.. it’s like they want to prepare your steak the way they want it instead of how you would like.. But the service is always exceptional..
