Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Lo recomiendo ampliamente! Muy bien el Valet Parking, el lugar en donde está es una calle vita cerrada con restaurantes y bares!; y el personal muy atentos, la comida muy buena!, extensa lista de vinos, y relación precio / alimentos, está mejor q en vail 😅

    Our first time experience at The Capital Grille was terrific. Our server, Jahniece, was great. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. When asked if I could substitute a different type of tequila in the Mango Royale drink, she made it happen. She was knowledgeable on all the menu items and when we tried her favorites, we could tell why they were a favorite. Overall, our food was delicious, the table where we were sat, was great and off in a little corner which was nice. We can’t wait to come back again.

    Absolutely the best dining experience from start to finish. Wade was the most engaged and helpful server and Ryan and his staff went the extra mile to make our dinner absolutely perfect! Our meal was delicious and the hospitality was like no other restaurant in Denver! Well done!

    Always a wonderful meal! Tonight was no exception. Perfectly cooked filet and bone in strip. Mushrooms are to die for. Sean at the bar is awesome!
