Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     We have been going here for years especially for Christmas. We have never been disappointed and have always had a great meal and experience. Thank you for the best service ever!

    We come here each year for our family Christmas Eve celebration and we always have a wonderful d memorable evening. The staff is attentive and friendly and the food is awesome. The cocktails are inventive and the desserts are delicious. We will return next year!!

    Our steak was done to perfection, delicious and hot. Our sides of creamed spinach and au gratin potatoes were luscious and also served hot. Abundant bread bowl with a variety of tasty choices. It was our son’s birthday and he received a nice card and dessert from the restaurant as a courtesy. The ambiance was warm and clubby and the wait staff were friendly and attentive. Great value, considering all we got. Bravo!!

    My wife and I love to do meals and trips instead of gifts. That being said… we have been to another local restaurant a lot, tried this one since we always wanted to. Honest opinion… I love steak, I love Ruth’s Chris and flemings…. This steak is very good but the prices are getting absurd. A steak, surf and turf (small) and 1 side, plus appetizer comes out to 300 before tip? Great food but I have nothing to prove… maybe I’m too humble ??

    Our waiter, Tommie, was amazing! We had an issue with our wine that was immediately taken care of and the Manager was right there to help. Thank you for a wonderful celebratory dinner!
