Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Service was very good, but our server was more attentive to the bigger party at the table next to our booth. Had to wait a bit to get our drinks and our order taken, but our server was apologetic. We had food wrapped up, and didn’t discover until we got home that the au gratin potatoes were missing…a little disappointed about left overs. Overall, we really enjoy dining here, but we had a similar experience as above the time before, minus the left over situation. So twice now.

    Always exceeds standards. Delicious food and great wine. We did the wine pairing with wagyu hamburgers. Upgraded from the French fries to caviar with potato chips with onion dip. So delicious. Duckhorn wine is always a favorite. There was a table near us who had too many dirty martinis and they were a bit obnoxious. Can’t wait to return.

    Every part of the experience was top notch. If you're looking for a value though, keep in mind this is a Grade A steakhouse. Complimentary valet parking should be a hint. Food was unbelievable.
