Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     There were 4 of us and we got seats at the bar tonight. We started with appetizers lobster crab cake and prosciutto wrapped mozzarella with tomato and a Caesar salad which were delicious. All of us got the Wagyu beef burger 3 with fries and 1 with chips onion dip with caviar. We all enjoyed the perfectly cooked burgers. The wine paired well with the burgers. Our bartender Kayla was friendly and attentive to all of us. She made a delicious stoli doli and expresso martini. Thank you for a great evening.

    We sat and Lucas came right over to get us a choice of water and bring their delicious bread basket. Then Kayla came over to get our drink order and answer any questions we might have on the menu. We both ordered the Wagu beef burger special. The burger was cooked perfectly and it paired with a glass of red wine, I chose Pino Noir which was delicious. From the minute we arrived everything was spectacular. Service was over the top, very attentive. Thank you!

    The capital grille has done it again. I took my family there for my wife’s birthday and the hit it out of the park. Our waiter Tim was fantastic. Very special night. Thank you

    Food and service was excellent as always. Very surprised at the noise level tonight. Babies crying and loud voices, seemed a little out of sorts from our past visits. We will return of course. Special treat for us for anniversaries and birthdays, let them know in advance to provide the little “extra”.

    Went to celebrate my birthday and was overwhelmed by the event. From sparkly table decor to the fabulous desserts. Can hardly wait til the next meal. Oh, and the food was perfect.

    Excellent experience. Could not have been better. Service at the bar and table was very attentive and pleasant. Food from apps to sides to steaks were top shelf. We had a large party and all were pleased with the hospitality. Thank you for a great night.
