Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Even with all of its foodie competition, I find the Capital Grille to be my favorite restaurant.  the food is always excellent, the service is gracious, and the atmosphere is delightful.

    Celebrated a birthday with the highest level of service and best tasting food brought hot hot to the table. The manager stopped by more than once to make certain tat everything was great.

    The food was very good and reasonably priced for what you received. The staff was friendly and very well informed on the food which was amazing when it came to selecting a dish especially since it was out first time. They were even very helpful with our 4yr old son.

    Our server, Mason, was great…..attentive, pleasant and perfect timing. All the food was great except my wife’s scallops with lobster risotto…..scallops were small, overcooked and tough….this was her birthday dinner and she was really disappointed. I tasted them and I agree.
