The Bistro is located on the grounds of the Biltmore Estate, right next door to Biltmore's award-winning winery. Please be aware that you must have a valid paid estate admission ticket, be staying at Inn on Biltmore Estate or Village Hotel, or be a Biltmore Annual Passholder to dine on property. Please note that due to limited seating availability we are unable to accept reservations for our patio. All patio seating is assigned on a first come first served basis.

The Bistro features contemporary American fare. Fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients are the focus on the dinner menu, which features premium steaks, impeccable mountain trout and seafood, poultry and lamb. Gardens on the estate produce a wide array of vegetables and fruits throughout the seasons, and our extensive pasture lands provide all-natural, hormone-free Black Angus beef and lamb.

    My husband and I got away for a very needed break and made a reservation here. Everything about our experience was stellar from start to finish. The food and service was outstanding! The Bistro will be on the top of our list everytime we are in Asheville.

    The food was delicious and the service perfection! At first I was underwhelmed by the limited menu but everything we had was amazing! I appreciate that the Bistro does their best to offer locally sourced food.

    Always comfortable eating there. The food is delicious, service is always top notch and the tables aren't all on top of one another. Every visit to Biltmore includes a meal at the Bistro.

    In Asheville for our 10 year anniversary and we always frequent the Bistro. Superb as always! Worth the drive from South Florida just for dinner!

    The steak my husband got was delicious and vert tender and cooked to perfection. My friend got the pork chop and it was very good . I tasted everyone’s entree. The goat cheese cheese cake was fabulous.
