   I was disappointed with my dinner tonight. My partner had the sea bass with green beans. The fish was not fileted correctly, leaving that trace of disgusting innards that should be disposed of prior to cooking. The green beans still had the ends connected, leaving three long, inedible stems. My brussels sprouts were undercooked, and too tough for their accompaniment. All in all, the meal was not worth the money we paid. We have officially taken Arrogant Butcher off our restaurant rotation.

   We had previously had a very good experience here but this time we were the forgotten table. It took us 20 minutes to get greeted by a server despite the restaurant not being busy at the time. Every time we put in an order for something there was an issue like the ticket was cut off and they didn’t see it or another server took our entrees to the wrong table. I’m sure they were having an off day this time, it’s busy this time of year. I just wasn’t expecting a restaurant we’ve had such a good experience at previously to have such a difficult time with what looked to be a pretty regular day. The manager comped our entrees which was very nice but given everything else and how long we were there for, it felt like the least they could do. Our server was great and was consistently checking in on us and giving us updates. I feel like the bar and kitchen let her down which was unfortunate.

   Unfortunately we were told that we came in at a bad time when many events were being held (the restaurant is across from many venues) we waited 1.5 hours for our mediocre food for four which cost $200 and did not include an appetizer. The server and manager did compensate w dessert which was very nice. The kicker was we had to pay extra for parking bc we were there too long.

   Walked in late for our reservation, the staff kindly greeted and sat us, from the entry to our dessert the experience was one of the best I’ve had in the past 15 years of downtown dinning. The attention from the staff as group in the entire restaurant was truly a testament to the culture that has been created at the Arrogant Butcher. We look forward to our next experience.    Celebrated our wedding day here for dinner. Our entrees took a while to come out so managers and staff came by frequently to keep us updated and went out their way to make up for it. Best service we’ve had in a long time, and food was delicious too! Highly recommend the pretzels and sea bass.

   Group of six of us sitting outside on the patio on a beautiful day wonderful food great service good times great spot to people watch. Thank you very much for taking care of us.

   The food was amazing and the service was just as good, my only issue is that it was a little bit dark because of their choice in lighting but besides that 10 out of 10

   The menu is plentiful. Our server answered every question and helped us decide on a meal selection based on our likes, and it delivered. The food was delicious. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable. Our table was delightfully decorated for our evening! Loved it!
