   The food was good but the service was not. At one point the manager walked by and asked how we were doing. I said - we are in a Brazilian churrascaria and our plates are empty, are we ok? It was my son’s birthday and even though they sung happy birthday several times, and we ordered cake for desert for his birthday they didn’t sing happy birthday for him. We didn’t feel very welcome… I’ll leave it at that.

   Meats were not sent out consistently. The larger concern was it was sent out rare more often and we asked for Medium cuts where possible. Higher end meats were not sent out at all. A gaucho dropped a steak that he improperly cut on the post. It fell on my my clothes and he joked about it. Said to kick it under the table and ruined my pants. Did not really recognize nor care he did it. Overall, very disappointing night for the cost. I will say our waitress was incredible and did an excellent job. She was very busy and did not miss a beat. She was our bright spot to the evening.

   I took my guy there for his birthday after several recommendations from family and friends. I couldn’t get a reservation on his bday. It was a Saturday (book at least a week in advance.) My man is a bit snobbish and questioned going to a “buffet “ was he surprised. He loved it. The food was very good, plentiful, hot and nicely seasoned. I especially loved the lamb chops. The salad bar had everything imaginable. Not your typical salad bar. Our waitress and servers were attentive. My only complaint was the music was a bit loud. Birthday boy thoroughly enjoyed himself and said he was surprised that a buffet could be upscale.

   The service was lacking. Food was plentiful for everyone except our table. We sat in the front of the restaurant and the skewers never came up front. I had to ask the host for every single piece of meat that came to our table. Our waiter didn’t help at all with the meat service. We did ask him multiple times and no meat came to our table. He also never came and cleaned our dirty plates away or bring clean ones to our table. He never checked for refills on our drinks either. What meat we did get tasted great. This definitely was not the same experience we’ve had in the past. We really liked this place, so I hope this isn’t the new norm. Feeling very disappointed with this experience. I paid a lot of $$ for our large group and we definitely didn’t feel it was worth it.

   As always, everything was amazing! The lobster bisque is so good and creamy. The meat is always hot and perfectly seasoned. Ask if Rich is working and sit in his section, he’s so attentive and friendly!

    Everything was fantastic. Brought a wide variety of different meats. The salad bar had lots of options and everything I had was fresh. We went on a Tuesday so the restaurant was not packed full of people. Highly recommend!
